近年来,随着环境保护的加强和生活环境要求的不断提高,市政污水处理厂和相关工业企业近年来重点开展旧污水处理厂、污水处理站的改造、扩建或新建工程,建设生物除臭塔、生物滤池设备等异味处理装置以满足日益严格的污染物排放要求。

 

生物除臭塔的原理

羿清环保除臭装置主要采用生物除臭系统工艺,主要由除臭系统、除臭风机、生物除臭塔、喷洒散水供应系统和控制系统组成。生物除臭塔主要使用玻璃钢制成散水区填料层布气层组成。除臭塔内的微生物疫苗接种直接由污水处理站内的活性污泥驯化。

 

运行时采用气液反向流动原理。臭气从底部进入除臭塔。通过填料层时,吸附在碳生物媒体填料上,与附着在填料表面的微生物接触,产生生物降解反应进行净化。净化后的气体直接从塔顶的排气口排放到大气中。由于试用喷淋水采用污水处理厂的中水,无需添加额外的营养液。

 

生物除臭系统具有前喷雾洗涤吸收处理(必要时可添加洗涤吸收液)、多级生物滤床吸收分解和后强化处理功能,并添加营养液、自来水和循环水可切换、生物填料保湿喷雾等辅助系统,配备自动控制系统,实现整个系统的连续自动运行。

 

羿清环保生物除臭塔的生物除臭工作原理是将除臭微生物以载体(活性污泥、有机、无机填料)附着的形式存在于生物除臭塔中。臭气通过布气管从填料底部均匀通过床层,臭气有机物固定吸附在具有一定高度的填料孔隙表面的微生物膜上,被微生物膜中的微生物消耗。

 

生物除臭充分利用微生物进行繁殖代谢活动,将臭气中复杂的有机物转化为简单的无机物,直至最终转化为无害物质二氧化碳、水和中性盐。
