随着工业化的逐步推进,绿色发展已成为我国可持续发展的重要共识。随着环境保护意识的不断提高,城市污水处理项目也发展迅速,污泥处理与生态环境和城市生活有关。生物除臭在污水站污泥处理段中的臭气治理中有着较大优势。

目前,污泥的处理方法包括垃圾填埋场、焚烧等。干化气等形式在污泥处理过程中会产生气味污染,如何处理也越来越受到关注。在城市污水处理厂污泥干燥过程中,气味成分和浓度高,气味源主要来自城市污泥干燥过程中的污泥收集箱、储罐、干燥车间、干燥机等,气味气体主要由碳、水、硫组成,其成分类型和浓度值与污水本身的性质和类型有关。

 

污泥干燥气味的特点和常用的气味处理方法不仅会释放大量的水蒸气,还会产生大量的有害气体,并伴随着蒸汽的排放。在污泥干燥过程中,由于温度不同,释放的气体也不同。

 

目前,污泥处理过程中产生的气味一般有三种方法,一种是化学除臭,即通过化学作用添加化学物质,另一种是物理除臭,即物理反应;第三,生物除臭,即利用微生物除臭,利用微生物生理代谢将臭物质转化为污泥。

 

经过比较,三种方法采用化学除臭剂,物理除臭剂更方便,但效果较差。生化方法具有明显的优势,在经济、实用、长期的生态环境考虑方面具有一定的优势。生化除臭方法的优点是液相不流动、气体、液体接触面积大、操作简单、操作成本低。生化除臭剂中使用的除臭剂是由特殊处理对象驯化的特殊细菌。该特性在30℃下生长最好,随着温度的升高逐渐降低,最高温度可达50℃,生物处理剂可达50℃。

 

与化学除臭法和物理除臭法相比,羿清环保生物除臭法在经济效益、实用性和长期环境生态考虑方面具有一定的优势。总体来看,生物除臭方式在城市污水站废气处理中具有明显的优势,不仅可以达到污泥除臭的效果,而且可以降低成本,具有良好的经济和生态效果。
