采用生物滤池除臭是城市生活垃圾处理厂处理恶臭气体的主要途径,而填料的种类是影响其性能的重要因素之一。选择发酵后堆肥品作为生物滤池除臭填料,可以在一定程度上实现资源的循环使用

 生物滤池

对生产甲苯、甲硫醇、氨气、硫化氢4种恶臭气体进行了实验模拟,研究了不同腐熟期垃圾发酵物作为生物滤池的填料,考察了该填料在除臭前后对臭气的去除效果及理化特性的变化,研究了成品肥填料微生物群落演替。

 

对比不同填料对恶臭气体的去除率、物理化学性质、微生物群落变化,得出成品肥料填料对恶臭气体处理效果最佳,物理化学性质稳定,且含有除臭功能的微生物,优选其作为生活垃圾处理厂除臭生物滤池填料。结果表明:甲苯类挥发性有机化合物是实际工业生产中的主要有害物质,而且甲苯在高浓度条件下具有明显的环境毒性,对人类健康和生态环境有很大影响。

 

当前恶臭气体处理技术主要分为物理、化学、生物3种方法,其中以生物法应用最多,对环境二次危害最小。目前,生物过滤法是一种能有效处理臭味污染物的方法,已有许多研究。水分、温度、pH、填料种类、压降等因素对生物滤池污染物去除效果有影响。

 

生物滤池中填料种类选择的研究较多,而以不同腐熟度为填料的堆肥处理较少。生化滤池除臭过程中,填料形态、温度、湿度等物理化学性质的变化,将导致微生物的种类、数量发生较大的变化,这些都需要深入研究。

 

经上述分析,确定生物滤池的最佳填料从微环境的角度揭示了除臭机理,从而达到以废治废的目的,对污水厂除臭生物滤池的选择具有一定的指导意义。
