影响生物滤池的处理效率的因素有哪些?影响生物滤池性能的因素有哪些?现如今用的比较多的臭气处理设备就是生物滤池除臭设备了,生物滤池这种设备除臭效果也是非常好的,可是什么东西都不是十全十美的,生物滤池也会因为一些因素而影响其处理效果,下面我们就看看生物滤池的处理效果究竟受哪些因素的影响吧!

生物滤池的处理效果受以下几种因素的影响;

一、反应速度

反应速度的快慢取决于气体成分的浓度和性质,填料上的微生物种类、数量和活性,温度,废气和填料的湿度,pH值。

二、停留时间

恶臭气体停留时间由体积流量、自然堆放体积和空池体积决定。

三、滤池高度

滤床的上层和下层相比,生物膜量、微生物种类和去除有机物的速率均不相同。滤床上层,污水中有机物浓度较高,微生物繁殖速率高,种属较低级以细菌为主,生物膜量较多,有机物去除速率较高。随着滤床深度增加,种类逐渐增多,生物膜量从多到少。这是因为微生物的生长和繁殖同环境因素息息相关,所以当滤床各层的进水水质互不相同时,各层生物膜的微生物就不相伺,处理污水(特别是含多种性质相异的有害物质的工业废水)的功能也随着不同。

四、负荷率

生物滤池的负荷率是一个集中反映生物滤池工作性能的参数,它直接影响生物滤池的工作。

滤率对处理效率有影响,但对不同的污染物质,影响不同。如对氰的影响较小,对挥发酚和COD的影响颇为明显。城市污水中低负荷滤池出水硝化程度较高,而高负荷滤池,仅在负荷较低时才可能出现硝化。这也说明滤率对处理效率有影响。

五、回流

用污水厂的出水,或生物滤池出水稀释进水的做法称回流,回流水量与进水量之比叫回流比。

生物过滤主要是依靠微生物的作用来去除气体中的污染物,微生物的活性决定了反应器的性能。因此影响微生物生长的环境条件都会影响过滤器的性能。这些条件因素包括:填料的选择、填料内的温度、填料的PH值、补充给微生物的营养物质、填料的湿度、填料内的氧气含量和需要处理的污染物浓度等。这些因素也是生物过滤器设计和运行过程中需要考虑的参数。

其他因素

其它影响因素其它影响因素包括进气流量、进气浓度、迸气含水率、进气温度和填料内生物群的种类和数量等。其中进气流量和进气浓度要和过滤器的规模相适应,不能超出过滤器极限处理量。同时要采取措施保证进气不能太干燥,防止进气把填料内水分带走。
