生物过滤处理系统主要是利用风机将臭气收集系统收集的臭气送入生物过滤预处理段,经加湿洗涤降温后进入生物过滤池进行生物处理,生物过滤池内布设有大量生物填料,经培养驯化在其表面能附着生长一层有效的生物膜,当臭气流经这些微生物时,其中的污染物被微生物吸附分解,从而起到净化的效果。

影响因素

生物过滤池的工作受以下几种因素的影响

(1)反应速度——反应塑封的快慢取决于气体成分的浓度和性质,天疗伤的微生物种类与数量和活性温度、废气和填料的湿度、pH值。

(2)停留时间——由体积流量、自然堆放体积和空池体积决定。

(3)气味物质浓度。生物滤池的最主要部分是填料。一种好的填料必须满足:容许生长的微生物种类多;供微生物生长的表面积大;营养成分合理(N、P、K和痕量元素);吸水性好;自身的气味少;吸附性好;结构均匀孔隙率大;价格便宜;腐烂慢(运行时间长,养护周期长)。常用的填料有:干树皮、干草、纤维性泥炭或其混合物。由于填料本身是有机养分,当过滤池暂停运行时,微生物可以利用填料的有机成分继续维持生命活动。
