末端除臭工艺和除臭材料

末端控制的前提是将恶臭气体集中收集后统一处理。恶臭气体的主要收集方式如下:①密闭恶臭源,抽风机抽风收集,使整个空间呈微负压状态,同时满足空间的通风要求;②局部恶臭源设吸风口,收集到的恶臭气体由引风机和风管输送至后续处理设施。末端的除臭处理技术根据原理的不同町以分为物理除臭法、化学除臭法和生物除臭法。在不同的工艺中分别采用不同的除臭材料。

物理除臭法所采用的吸附剂为比表面积大的多孔材料,具有较高的吸附效率,但是吸附到一定量时会趋于饱和,吸附效率随着时间的推移而降低。温度升高时,吸附材料还会释放吸附物,因此一段时间后就必须再生或更换吸附剂。对于浓度较高的臭气,一般需要配备现场再生的装置,但是其交换再生周期受气体的种类、数量、温度、水分变动的影响较大,很难确保运行稳定。对城市污泥好氧发酵工厂的高浓度臭气而言,活性炭层很快会失效。另外,吸附剂对臭气的吸附量有限、造价高、寿命短,在经济上也不太适用,因此物理除臭法常用于低浓度臭气处理。
