污水站除臭的常见方法

焚烧法

焚烧法主要是利用热将废气氧化裂解成无害物质,可分为热焚烧与催化焚烧。前者所需的温度较高(约700℃~800℃),适用于处理废气浓度较高及成分复杂的废气。而后者由于在催化剂的催化下能以较低的温度(约300℃~400℃)充分氧化,可节省能源。但由于催化剂对废气成分较为敏感,因此对于不同的恶臭气体可能会有不同的去除效率,且废气中有些成分,如铅、砷等,易将催化剂毒化,而降低其催化效能。一般而言,焚烧法对于废气分解效率视操作温度、在该温度的停留时间、在燃烧炉内的混合状态及恶臭气体的浓度等等而定。虽然处理气量大、效率高、处理速度快及可回收废热,但是需消耗大量燃料,而且设备昂贵,控制系统复杂,同时产生二次污染。

药剂喷洒

某些药剂包括合成的和天然植物提取液可以作为除臭剂,通过喷雾装置,将除臭工作液充分雾化后均匀混合在空间中及喷洒在产生臭气的物质上,经过雾化,在微小的液滴表面形成大的表面能。该表面能可以吸附空气中的臭气分子,并使臭气分子的结构发生变化,变得不稳定;此时,溶液中的有效分子可以向臭气分子提供电子,与臭气分子发生反应;同时,吸附在雾滴表面的臭气分子也能与空气中的氧气发生反应。这些反应包括聚合、取代、置换和分解等化学反应,改变原有异味分子结构,使之变成无味无毒的分子,达到除臭的目的。此法简单、容易操作。除臭效果受环境影响较大,效果不够稳定,运行过程中需要不断添加除臭剂。
