生物滤池除臭工艺及应用研究

污泥发酵工程中,当除臭系统运行时,如果对其管理不当,就会使 pH值的调节滞后时间过长,产生严重的负面影响,既破坏微生物的代谢能力,又使系统运行受阻。过滤材料的种类、过滤材料的含湿率、滤层厚度、生物滤池停留时间和 pH值等是影响生物滤池除臭工艺的主要因素,因此,对生物滤池除臭工艺设计,应从多个角度加以了解。

调节滤池 pH值和滤料水分

采用生物过滤除臭工艺时,滤层内微生物的生长、繁殖和代谢情况良好,其 pH值应保持在7.0~8.0之间。一般情况下,生物滤池除臭时,滤料的含湿量一般保持在40%~60%。滤料中水分的控制有很多优点,不仅有利于微生物和滤料之间的传质,而且有利于微生物的新陈代谢。
