过滤层厚度

滤料厚度过高将导致生物滤池阻力增加,增加生物滤池除臭系统的能耗负担,并增加气流短路的危险性。鉴于此,在实际运行过程中,对滤料层填料的选择便显得尤为重要,不仅要选择能使滤料层布气均匀的填料质地,而且要选择符合滤层高度的填料,工程上的滤料层厚度一般为1~1.5 m

生物过滤器的存留时间

在生物滤池中有两种停留时间,即有效停留时间和空床停留时间。有效停留时间考虑的制约因素为工作风压,工作风压精确控制难度较大,其它因素如滤料的孔隙度、密度等,虽会影响有效停留时间,但可在工程中加以选择,避免其短处。一般来说,在设计生物滤池时,选择必要的空床停留时间是比较科学的。对于易溶于水的污染物,由于需要空床停留的时间较短,因此可以合理地控制人力。
