当生物滤池运行时,待处理臭气由风机通过管道送入预洗池,该预洗池内适当放置惰性填料。水雾喷淋作用下,表面覆盖一大片水膜,与臭气接触后,能有效去除易溶于水的致臭物质和微粒。对不溶于水的污染物,附着在滤料表面或微生物体外,由胞外酶分解。在微生物进入细胞后,作为营养源和能量物质的致臭物质被微生物利用,逐渐分解,最终消除臭气。

影响生物滤池除臭系统的相关因素

过滤材料类型

通常,在生物滤池处理发酵臭气时,常用的过滤材料分为可降解和不可降解两类。通常可降解的滤料会影响生物滤池的处理效果,由于其滤料层在处理过程中表面积不断减小,从而增加风阻。生物滤池除臭过程中,不可降解滤料的作用效果与想象相反,不可降解滤料不易堵塞致密,滤层阻力较小,如珍珠岩、硅藻土等。但不可降解滤料孔隙度较小,在日常操作中,应注意扬长避短,善于利用不可降解滤料的滤层处理效果,适当增加碳源,保持滤层微生物赖以繁殖的环境。另外,由于它的初始调试时间较长,运行维护费用也会相应增加。
