臭气处理工艺

综合考虑煤市政污水中的臭气没有浓度特别高的成份,本项目臭气处理主体处理工艺采用生物法,后续辅助紫外方法进行深度净化。

主体工艺采用生物滴滤工艺与生物氧化工艺组合。滴滤部分工艺设计,考虑到部分气体的溶解度较小,选择较长的气液接触时间,按经验值定为15s。经生物滴滤池处理的气体,恶臭气体浓度已经较小,总臭气物质量减少了。因此,生物氧化过滤部分的负荷也相对减小,所以在设计时,采用接触时间与常规设计相比,选择时间较短的方案,按经验值定为10s左右。

考虑到收集来的气体中,有一定比例的小分子烃类、苯、酚、氰类气体,这部分气体成份溶解度极小,很难在气液交换中进入液相,被微生物作为营养物质利用。经生物氧化处理后的尾气,一方面很难溶于水,另一方面,特定功能的生化工程菌,很难在一个不占优势的混合菌群中长期存在。所以,采用紫外光技术产生的高能紫外光光量子及紫外光,对空气中的氧气作用生成O3,对经生物除臭装置处理后剩余难降解的污染气体成分(主要成分为烃类),进行一个深度处理。将这部分难生化的污染物质转化成无害或低害的物质,主要是CO2H2O,达到达标排放的标准。
