污水废气处理的常见工艺类型

非平衡等离子体法

离子体是不同于固、液、气等状态,由大量的正负带电粒子和中性粒子组成并表现出集体行为的一种准中性气体。当电子温度疋>>离子温度乃时,称为非平衡态等离子体,其电子温度可达到104K以上,而离子和中性粒子的温度却只有300"500K。系统处于热力学非平衡态,其表观温度较低,所以非平衡态等离子体又可称为低温等离子体。

气压非平衡等离子体技术在处理VOC,尤其是大气中低体积分数的VOC方面具有独特的作用。采用与催化剂合用,改进等离子体反应器结构等手段,能量效率可达到实用化水平。

今后的研究方向是:1)寻找开发能与催化剂进行最佳配置的等离子体反应器,包括放电形状,放电采用形式,电极结构,放电管(或板)结构以及输入电源的性能等;2)寻找能促使化学反应,提高能量效率的合适催化剂;3)等离子体反应器长时间运行操作的稳定性;4)研究放电对处理过程中的中间产物或最终产物的影响及后处理问题等。

Fujishima等有关Ti02单晶电极上光解水的报道之后,1977Frank等人利用半导体材料对污染物进行光催化降解取得了突破性的进展,从此半导体多相光催化作为一个崭新的领域得到了深入而广泛的研究旧1。其中Ti02由于具有抗化学和光腐蚀、性能稳定、无毒、催化活性高、价廉等优点u训而最受重视和具有广阔的应用前景。
