目前全国各污水处理厂气态污染物除臭措施中,除臭效果评价体系还不完善。另外,除臭工艺的选型大多凭经验,缺乏系统的分析依据。随着城市化进程的推进和居民生活水平的不断提高,恶臭投诉事件近年屡见报道,在此背景下,除臭技术得到迅速的应用和发展,从早期采用的水洗法,逐步发展到酸碱洗净法、焚烧法、活性炭吸附法、臭氧氧化法、催化剂氧化法、生物除臭法、离子除臭法等。


1市政污水厂常用的三种除臭技术原理

1.1等离子除臭原理

等离子气体净化装置内部主要的工艺是利用高压电磁脉冲,将进入装置的气体在电极段释放出大量的电能,从而产生等离子体。等离子体是不同于气态、固态、液态的第四态物质,由高能电子、正负离子、自由基团(OH、H、O等)和中性粒子等组成。气体经过TDQ等离子气体净化装置的反应器区域时,在高能电子和自由基强氧化等多重作用下,气体中的有机物分子链被断开,发生一系列复杂的氧化还原反应,生成CO2、H2O等无害物质,正负离子可以清新空气。另外,借助等离子体中的离子与物体的凝并作用,可以对气体中小至亚微米级的细微颗粒物(0.1?0.3微米)进行有效的收集去除。猎德厂一、二期脱水机房,上海文庙泵站叫天津海河工程地下排水泵站[4]均采用高能离子除臭装置,取得良好的除臭效果。

1.2生物滴滤法除臭原理

生物滴滤塔主体为填充塔,内有一层或多层填料,填料表面是由微生物区系形成的几毫米厚的生物膜。含可溶性无机营养液的液体从塔上方均匀地喷洒在填料上,液体自上而下流动,然后由塔底排出并循环利用。有机废气由塔底进入生物滴滤塔,在上升的过程中与湿润的生物膜接触而被净化,净化后的气体由塔顶排出凯

1.3生物滤池法除臭原理

生物滤池工艺的原理是利用微生物的生物降解作用对臭气物质进行吸收和降解从而达到除臭的目的。臭气通过湿润、多孔和充满活性微生物的滤层,利用微生物细胞对恶臭物质的吸附、吸收和降解功能,微生物的细胞个体小、表面积大、吸附性强、代谢类型多样的特点,将恶臭物质吸附后分解成CO2、H2O、H2SO4、HNO3等简单无机物.

由表可知:等离子除臭运行费用较低,占地面积小且无二次污染,同时恶臭气体去除率较高,是较为经济的除臭技术,但其一次性投资大,适宜于大中型污水处理厂典型等离子除臭工艺流程如图1


3总结与展望

3.1三种除臭技术各有其特点,等离子除臭法是比较新的技术,也是较为经济的技术,但安全要求和治理效果一般。

3.2 目前国内城市污水处理厂恶臭治理的研究主要以生物除臭法为主,治理效果好,因此,可以考虑利用生物除臭法与等离子体除臭组合的方法。

3.3我国污水处理厂的恶臭治理起步较晚,在选择恶臭处理工艺时,要充分收集国内外文献资料,借鉴成熟的经验,在自主创新的同时,达到经济、社会、环境效益相统一。
