污水厂除臭方法经历了一个发展过程,目前常用的除臭方法有活性炭吸附法、生物脱臭法、活性氧技术、光催化技术等。

吸附活性炭

采用活性炭吸附法是利用活性炭对臭气中的臭味进行吸附,达到脱臭的目的。为提高脱臭效果,通常在吸附塔中设置吸附酸性物质的活性炭、吸附碱性物质的活性炭和吸附中性物质的活性炭,将臭气与各种活性炭一起排出吸附塔。在低浓度臭气脱臭设备中,活性炭吸附法是常用的方法。

生物学去臭

30年来,生物除臭技术在欧洲得到了广泛应用,最近还被应用于生物去臭。生化除臭主要利用微生物去除和氧化气中的致臭成分,气体流经生物活性滤料后,滤料上面的细菌就会分解致臭物质,产生二氧化碳和水气。寄生菌在潮湿滤料上生长出一层薄薄的生物膜,当致臭物质流过滤料后,就会被吸附氧化。

活性氧工艺

采用一种特殊的高频高压静电脉冲放电方式(活性氧发射管每秒数十亿个高能离子),产生高密度的高能活性氧(介于氧分子和臭氧之间的一种过渡态氧),与污染物分子快速碰撞,激活有机分子,并直接破坏有机分子;高能活性氧激活空气中的氧分子产生二次活性氧,与有机分子发生一系列链式反应,并以自身反应产生的能量来维持氧化反应,进一步氧化有机物质,生成二氧化碳和水,以及其他小分子,并且能够在极短的时间内实现高处理效率。

光催化工艺

光催化技术是一种新型的具有高科技功能的复合纳米技术,其基本原理是在一定波长的紫外光照射下,通过光催化纳米粒子受激发产生电子—空穴对,同时在氧和水的参与下,空穴分解催化剂表面吸附的水产生强氧化性的羟基自由基,羟基自由基,使其无害化,从而达到净化空气的目的。
