臭气不仅对生态环境造成严重影响,而且危害人类健康,可使中枢神经出现障碍、病变,导致急性、慢性疾病。杂环香料的阈值低、气味强且令人讨厌,在生产和包装过程中极容易有臭味逸出,对企业内部及周边人群易造成身心不适。废气排放浓度低、成分复杂、监测困难、治理困难。对恶臭气体的治理,国外早在20世纪50年代末就开始了,积累了丰富的理论知识和实践经验。20世纪80年代,我国开展了恶臭气体污染调查、检验及标准等方面的研究,20世纪90年代才有了深入的研究。

污水除臭方法

臭气是通过物理、化学、生物等作用对臭气进行处理的一种方法,改变其物质结构,消除恶臭。传统恶臭气体的常用处理方法有燃烧、氧化、吸收、吸附、中和法、生物法等。

生物学除臭是利用生物方法,利用生物废气处理技术,专门在生物滤池内培养生物填料,对废臭气分子进行脱臭。

如果有毒、有害、有臭味的废气含有气、液、固三种混合物,通过收集管道进入本系统,通过培养生长在生物填料上的高效微生物菌株形成的生物膜,净化和降解废气中的污染物。

这种生物膜一方面利用废气中的污染物进行生长繁殖,另一方面将废气中的有毒、有害恶臭物质分解,降解成简单的无机物,诸如CO2H2OH2SO4HNO3等无毒、无害的无机物,从而达到除臭的目的。
