       近年来,随着有关部门在环境保护上面大力推进,对污水及废气的排放要求也越发严格,特别是产生污水排放的企业,必须处理达标后才能排入城镇污水处理厂,因此,企业污水处理站越来越多。但是企业污水站在净化污水的同时,污水中有机物的分解也产生了各种恶臭环境污染问题。上海羿清环保针对污水池恶臭气体产生及成分特点,带大家了解一下生物滤池除臭设备在污水池恶臭异味治理上的运用优势。

生物滤池除臭设备


      1.污水池废气成分

       根据行业的不同,污水池废水中的污染物成分与浓度各不相同,同时,根据废水处理的工艺不同,分解产生的废气成分也不尽相同。一般来说,大部分企业的污水池废气成分包含:氨、硫化氢、硫醇、挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)、VOCs等,通常情况下硫化氢和氨浓度相对较高,但有机物成分嗅阈值更低(如硫醇类),对人的主观影响更大,这也就是为什么有些污水厂明明废气排放浓度很低,但是恶臭气味很重的原因。

       2.污水处理站产生恶臭的场所

       污水处理站根据不同的处理工艺,一般设置多种污水池和污泥处理设备,格栅池、初沉池、好氧池、缺氧池、厌氧池、污泥沉淀池、污泥干化间等等。污水池恶臭主要来源于污水跟污泥,其中厌氧池是污水处理单元主要的恶臭来源,而污泥干化间是污泥处理单元的主要恶臭来源,故这两个场所所产生的废气臭气浓度也相应较高,需重点关注。

       3.生物滤池对恶臭污染物的净化原理

       生物滤池的主要工作原理是微生物在适宜环境条件下,利用废气中的污染物作为其生命活动的能源和养分,进行生长、繁殖、扩大种群,并在此过程中生产出大量的生物酶催化剂,对污染物进行降解,将其转化为无害的小分子无机物和不完全降解物质。

       生物法处理废气常用的微生物有两大类:自养型微生物和异养型微生物,自养型微生物无需依靠碳源生长,主要用来处理NH3、H2S等无机物,异养型微生物需要碳源,可用于有机污染物的处理。

       4.生物滤池对恶臭污染物处理效果

       无机恶臭污染物,如常见的NH3、H2S,通过微生物硫化作用与硝化作用,氧化成硫酸和硝酸。

       有机恶臭污染物,如碳氢化合物在微生物的作用下被分解为CO2和H2O;含N化合物代谢生成硝酸,含S化合物代谢生成硫酸或者单质硫,含Cl有机物代谢生成盐酸。

       因此,对污水池恶臭异味废气中的常见的无机与有机污染物成分,生物滤池都能够达到很好的处理效果。而且,对于一些石化化工行业的污水处理站中产生的成分复杂的挥发性有机污染物,微生物同样有较好的处理效果。
