污水厂恶臭治理现状

>>高浓度臭气的处理技术

污水处理工程中产生的恶臭成分是由蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物的微生物呼吸、发酵过程的产物和不完全产物。

目前高浓度恶臭的预处理技术通常采用水洗涤法,由此可降低硫化氢、氨、有机硫等在水中有一定溶解度的恶臭物质。但水洗涤法存在的主要问题是对高分子恶臭物质去除效率不高,同时会产生较多清洗废液,易造成二次污染,从而加重污水处理系统的负担。

经预处理后的臭气,虽然恶臭物质浓度大为降低,但仍未达到恶臭污染物排放标准,还需采用活性炭吸附、生物除臭等技术进一步去除臭气。传统活性碳吸附所采用的吸附媒介包括未浸渍活性碳、化学药剂浸渍活性碳和注入气体活性碳,虽然具有一定的除臭效果,但都存在恶臭去除率低、活性碳寿命短、更换频率高、再生性能差、安全可靠性差等缺点。相比较而言,生物除臭技术则具有较好的除臭效果,但由于其占地面积大、投资多、消耗水量大等因素,在恶臭控制领域中不占优势。
