污水站除臭方案设计及设备选型

对一般污水站除臭方案,应根据污水处理工艺的具体流程进行设计,除臭流程见图1。

污水处理中除臭流程图

针对图中3点主要流程展开分析,具体内容详见下文。

2.1各车间污水预处理。

防止污水杂质过多,容易堵塞管道和泵机组,增加污水站处理负荷;此外,污水间歇排放,在管道中停留时间过长,容易沉降发酵,产生臭味。因此,在污水排放到污水处理站之前,有必要进行预处理。一般通过运用固液分离机,实现对各车间污水的预处理。

2.2污泥处理工艺机械浓缩脱水。

本方案选择了技术成熟可靠的“UASB+缺氧+好氧+生物接触氧化法”处理该污水。通过设计污泥处理工艺,在各车间污水预处理的基础上,综合处置污泥。

2.3实现水站除臭

经污泥处理工艺机械浓缩脱水后,通过废气处理工艺实现污水处理中的除臭。在此过程中的废气处理工艺流程图,如下图所示。

利用生物除臭塔,通过全自动控制系统,微生物反应分解废气,实现污水站除臭。在污水处理中完成除臭方案的设计。

3水站除臭设备选型

污水处理除臭方案设计完成后,选择污水处理除臭方案中使用的设备。

3.1生物除臭塔。在选择生物除臭塔的过程中,引进生物法废气处理技术,本着节能减排的优先选择原则,通过生物菌种在废气处理中培养与反应起到除臭的作用。

3.2气雾分离器。气雾分离器的选择主要考虑离心分离理论的应用,必须具备动态截取、离心分离的重要功能,在废气处理中起到分离污水液滴、气雾的作用。

3.3控制系统。针对控制系统的选型中,全自动高压微雾控制

系统元器件都是采用国内主流或国际知名品牌,功能优良经久耐用。

3.4引风机。选择的匹配风量的引风机,确保能够高效排送气体。
