针对污水厂污泥脱水车的问题,根据臭源情况,结合恶臭污染物的特性,采用分端处理的方法对污水厂污泥进行除臭装置改造。具体改造方案如下。


1.臭气源控制-设置物理隔断。

固液分离设备的不锈钢框架作为龙骨,嵌入4mm厚的透明耐力板密封,周围设置拉伸式检查门,常闭模式,维护和检查时允许打开。物理性密闭能够有效减小臭源往整个车间甚至厂区散逸的废气量。


2.无组织废气捕捉及车间空气净化——设置离子送风系统。

离子送风系统将室外新鲜空气转换为离子新风后,利用多孔送风立管送至污泥处理车间内。为了不影响车间通行及采光,送风主管离地5.5m并绕车间墙壁一周布置。主风管通过建筑物长边两面墙下伸展几个送风支管,形成稳定宽大的离子风幕,捕捉整个车间的无组织废气,改善车间的空气质量。考虑到污泥处理车间的主要污染物是硫化物,这是一种比重空气污染气体,集中在车间3m以下的空间,这个空间正好是操作人员进出的重点区域。根据污染物特点和以人为本的观点,3m以下人呼吸区为首要处理废气,因此,将送风总风量的2/3采用多孔送风送人该区域。同时,考虑到比重较轻的废气如氨气,会聚集在车间上部空间3~5m处,因此,将剩余的1/3风量的离子风同样利用多孔送风立管送人该区域内。往车间内送人的高能离子风,不仅可作为末端集中处理系统的补风,还能对整个污泥处理车问废气进行预处理。离子风化学性质强,氧离子能有效地氧化分解恶臭污染物,降低车间废气浓度,末端集中处理,减少废气对设备的腐蚀性,提高工艺设备的使用寿命。同时,高能量的离子能破坏细菌生长的环境,抑制细菌的繁殖,减少微生物对人体的侵害。对污染的空气起到有效的消毒和杀菌作用,营造一个良好的绿色工作环境。

3.集中废气处理-设置有效的收集系统和组合除臭装置。

在固液分离设备加罩的顶部设置若干排风管,收集该区域内的高浓度废气。与此同时,在排风主管和淤泥泵处均匀地设置一系列网状排风口,收集该区域的低浓度废气,使上述排风点的排气区可形成局部中心负压,将废气有组织控制在小范围内,并利用收集管道及机械排风机,将经过离子风预处理后的废气抽入末端组合式除臭装置中,经三级组合式除臭装内进行集中处理,经三级组合式除臭装置处理后,再经三级组合式除臭装置处理后的废气抽入末端组合式除臭装置内,经三级组合式除臭装置处理后的废气排放。
