等离子除臭

等离子是由电子、离子、自由基和中性粒子组成。它们比常规分子小。等离子体净化技术就是利用高频高压的电场,将空气中的氧分子和其他分子电离产生出电子、离子、自由基和中性粒子等小分子,这些等离子通过进入需分解的臭气分子内部,打开分子链,破坏分子结构的原理,以300万/s~3000万/s的速度等量发射和回收,轰击发生臭气的分子,从而发生氧化等一系列复杂的化学反应,将有害物转化为无害物的方法,该方法在日常运行中,只需消耗电能就可达到除臭目的。对设备设计和质量要求高,设备稳定运行不易,投资大,维护保养难度大。

生物除臭技术

生物除臭技术是借鉴生物污水处理技术的原理,利用微生物将臭味中的污染物生物氧化、降解为无害或低害物质的过程。使收集到的废气在适宜的条件下通过生长有微生物的填料,气味物质先被填料吸收,生物体通过自身的生化反应,完成对混合气体中恶臭组分的吸收,转化为二氧化碳、水和维持生物体新陈代谢

同时生物法对于后期的运行管理要求较高,表现如下:

.定期检测生物过滤和生物滤池的渗出液或循环泵循环液的pH值。

.定期检查填料塔的情况,及时补充填料。

.要定期根据气体的温湿度、填料持水性能和处理效果改变喷淋量和循环量,无法自动调节。
