1.2.6 焊缝不得设置在应力集中区,应便于焊接和热处理,并应符合下列规定:

1 钢板卷管或设备的筒节与筒节、筒节与封头组对时,相邻两节间纵向焊缝间距应大于壁厚的 3 倍,且不应小于 100mm;同一筒节上两相邻纵缝间的距离不应小于 200mm。

2 管道同一直管段上两对接焊缝中心间的距离,当公称尺寸大于或等于150mm 时,不应小于 150mm;当公称尺寸小于 150mm 时,不应小于管子外径,且不应小于 100mm。

3 卷管的纵向焊缝应置于易检修的位置,且不宜在底部。

4 有加固环、板的卷管,加固环、板的对接焊缝应与管子纵向焊缝错开,其间距不应小于 l00mm。加固环、板距卷管的环焊缝不应小于 50mm。

5 加热炉受热面管子的焊缝与管子起弯点、联箱外壁及支、吊架边缘的距离不应小于 70 mm;同一直管段上两对接焊缝中心间的距离不应小于 150mm。

6 除采用定型弯头外,管道对接环焊缝中心与弯管起弯点的距离不应小于管子外径,并且不应小于 100mm。管道对接环焊缝距支、吊架边缘之间的距离不应小于 50mm;需进行热处理的焊缝距支、吊架边缘之间的距离不应小于焊缝宽度 5 倍,且不应小于 100mm。

1.2.7 不等厚对接焊件组对时,薄件端面应位于厚件端面之内。当内壁错边量大于本规范第1.2.4条、第1.2.5条规定或外壁错边量大于3㎜时,应按(图1.2.8)

进行加工修整。

T1——不等厚焊件接头的薄件母材厚度;T2——不等厚焊件接头的厚件母材厚度;

注:用于管件时,如受长度条件限制,图(a)①、图(b) ①和图(c)中的 15o角可改用 30o角。

7.2.9 当焊件组对的局部间隙过大时,应修整到规定尺寸,并不得在间隙内添加填塞物。

7.2.10 焊件组对时应垫置牢固,并应采取措施防止焊接和热处理过程中产生附加应力和变形。

7.2.11 背面带钢垫板的对接坡口焊缝,垫板与母材之间应贴紧。

7.2.12 纵向对接焊缝两端部宜设置引弧板和引出板,其材质宜与母材相同或为同一类别。

7.2.13 不锈钢焊件坡口两侧各 100 ㎜范围内,在施焊前应采取防止焊接飞溅物沾污焊件表面的措施。

7.2.14 螺柱焊的电源应单独设置,工作区应远离磁场或采取措施防止磁场对焊接的影响;施焊构件应宜水平放置。
