1.3.1 焊接材料的选用应按照母材的化学成分、力学性能、焊接性能、焊前预热、焊后热处理、使用条件及施工条件等因素综合确定,并应符合下列规定:

1 焊接材料的焊接工艺性能应良好。

2 焊缝的使用性能应符合国家现行有关标准和设计文件的规定。

3 同种钢焊接时,应符合下列规定:

1)焊缝金属的力学性能应高于或等于相应母材标准规定的下限值。

2)铬钼耐热低合金钢应选用与母材化学成分相当的焊接材料。焊缝金属 Cr、Mo 含量不应低于相应母材标准规定的下限值。

3)低温钢应选用与母材的使用温度相适应的焊接材料。含镍低温钢焊缝金属的含镍量应与母材相近或稍高。

4)高合金钢宜选用与母材合金系统相同的焊接材料。耐热耐蚀高合金钢可选用镍基焊接材料。

5)用生成奥氏体焊缝金属的焊接材料焊接非奥氏体母材时,应考虑母材与焊缝金属膨胀系数不同而产生的应力作用。

4 异种钢焊接时,应符合下列规定:

1) 当两侧母材均为非奥氏体钢或均为奥氏体钢时,可根据强度级别较低或合金含量较低一侧母材或介于两者之间选用焊接材料。

2) 当两侧母材之一为奥氏体钢时,应选用 25Cr-13Ni 型或含镍量更高的焊接材料。当设计温度高于 425℃时,宜选用镍基焊接材料。

5 复合钢焊接时,基层和复层应分别按照基层和复层母材选用相应的焊接材料,过渡层应选用 25Cr-13Ni 型或含镍量更高的焊接材料。

1.3.2 定位焊缝应符合下列规定:

1 定位焊缝应由持相应合格项目的焊工施焊。

2 定位焊缝焊接时,应采用与工程正式焊接相同的焊接工艺。

3 定位焊缝的长度、厚度和间距的确定,应能保证焊缝在正式焊接过程中不开裂。

4 在根部焊道焊接前,应对定位焊缝进行检查,当发现缺陷时,应处理后方可施焊。

5 与母材焊接的工卡具其材质宜与母材相同或为同一类别号, 其焊接材料宜采用与母材相同或为同一类别号。拆除工卡具时不应损伤母材。拆除后应确认无裂纹并将残留焊疤打磨修整至与母材表面齐平。

6 复合钢定位焊时,定位焊缝宜焊在基层母材坡口内,且采用与焊接基层金属相同的焊接材料。
