由于空气质量对社会生产和社会生活的诸多领域产生着重要的影响,大气环境的质量与保护已越来越受到人们的关注与重视。城市污水处理厂或企业的污水处理设施所挥发的有毒有害气体如H2S等对空气的污染、对人的健康的危害日趋为人们所认识,除臭技术与系统的开发运用及工程项目的实施能有效地遏止污染扩大与蔓延的趋势,改善空气的质量。

生物除臭

按污水成分分为:有机废水、颗粒废水、少量含酸废水等。主要污染物为:硅粉、碳化硅、聚乙二醇等。该类废水属于难降解废水,所以采用“混凝沉淀+EGSB+接触氧化”的工艺处理,废水在污水站处理过程中,虽然COD等相关指标得以降解达标,但是产生大量刺激性气体,经过检测主要为:H2SCH4等,因此对污水站进行了除臭设计,以保证污水站的正常运行。

生化除臭技术

它的基本原理是利用生物填料在适宜的环境中培养出有益的微生物,使恶臭气体成分分解,从而去除污水中的恶臭气体。

目前生物除臭技术由于其强大的除臭功能,被广泛应用于各种污水处理领域。填料床是生物除臭技术的核心,其特点是可以培养大量的臭气处理菌群。臭气体通过填料层时,会被附着在填料表面的特殊微生物吸附降解,然后通过排放管有组织排放到大气中。当臭气的来源被密封并输送到处理系统后,经过预处理就可以产生一个生物分解的合适环境,然后进入生物填充床,由微生物分解消化。一般情况下,利用纯碳填料,能满足处理工艺条件,并能充分发挥特益菌的作用,使目标污染物得到有效分解和去除,从而达到除臭的目的。
