近几年来,随着我国煤化工工业的发展和人们对环境质量要求的提高,煤化工废水站恶臭的治理越来越受到重视。目前,我国煤化工行业恶臭气体治理技术研究及防治工作起步较晚,许多污水站恶臭气体未得到有效治理那么该如何选择合适的生物除臭设备呢?

煤化工废水中恶臭气体来源比较复杂,主要来源于污水站各工段的污水处理池,通常采用集气化长城能源化工有限公司从事煤化工安全环罩收集、密闭管输、集中处理的治理方式。除常见的硫化氢、甲硫醇、硫醚等物质外,有时还含有苯系物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯等)、氨、杂醇、醛、有机酸、焦油、四氢呋喃等物质,处理起来会有一些困难。

 

热氧化是一种比较彻底的处理方法,其基本原理是通过燃烧使VOCs与氧反应产生CO:和H:0等物质。本工艺的优点是去除污染物的彻底。不利之处:设备为明火设备,需满足工程安全防火间距;消耗天然气、煤气等燃料,运行耗能较高;污水臭气成分中大部分含有硫化物,热氧化处理后的废气还需进一步除酸。

 

催化法具有起燃温度低、能耗少的特点。不利之处在于污水中的臭气组分中含有大量硫化物,容易导致催化剂中毒,废气治理效果下降而且催化剂有一定的选择性,卤代烃、硫化物处理应用受到很大限制。其基本原理是利用吸附剂吸附臭气分子,使臭气分子从空气中分离出来,从而达到净化恶臭气体的目的。常用的吸附剂有活性炭、活性氧化铝、分子筛沸石等,其中以粒状活性炭和活性炭纤维最为普遍。该工艺的主要优点是对臭气的去除率高,吸附剂可以再生;缺点是吸附剂的回用和更换费用较高。

 

生物处理一般采用生物滴滤等技术,其原理是利用微生物的生物作用将臭气分子分解并转化成自身的营养素。本发明具有操作能耗低、除恶臭气体能力强等优点,缺点是微生物对环境要求高,容易受到水质的冲击,在处理高浓度臭气(500mg/m3以上)时,有时会出现超旧现象。

 

羿清生物除臭设备采用催化氧化+生物法,使用特制的高能量纳米紫外光束照射可使活性基团和臭气分子协同分解氧化反应,降解恶臭物质可转化为低分子化合物、水和二氧化碳,以达到除臭灭菌的目的,工艺优点是脱臭效率高,适应范围广,设备占地面积小,运行成本低,不留下二次污染。
