近几年,随着经济的快速发展,社会的进步和工业化的不断推进,由于没有对其进行有效处理而直接排放到大气环境中的污染物,正确运用生物过滤技术,可以或多或少地改善目前的状况,确保人类生存的大气环境尽可能健康和无害。废水处理厂的臭气问题越来越引起人们的重视,各种除臭设备也大有可为,但生物除臭设备仍是市场上较常见的一种除臭方式。

 

在多种生物法净化处理工艺中,生物过滤法是目前应用较多的一种,应用范围广泛,在研究与开发创新和科技更新的影响下,显示出对臭气等臭气更好的优越性,在目前阶段,生物过滤法的适用范围呈增加趋势,工业废气中微生物的有效处理属于主要应用对象。生化洗涤工艺在使用过程中,需借助生物过滤装置,通过吸附活性炭、土壤等物质,吸附可挥发有机气体。

本实用新型是一种新型的生物过滤设备,可将大量微生物吸附在过滤器上,有效地吸收、转化、氧化、分解为多种有机物质,实现过滤、净化。生滤工艺要求采用一种反应器,静态液相和微生物将总体偏大于反应器表面,使气、液之间充分接触,这种处理特性在醛酮等挥发性物质的处理上具有更大的优势。

对于生物过滤系统来说,另外一个要考虑的因素就是滤料如何选择,这将直接影响到后续一系列的操作。一般说来,过滤材料的选择应考虑以下几个方面的因素:第一,滤料表面各孔间的间隙应该比较大,当进水气流时,避免堵塞,滤料表面积不宜过小,保证能最大限度地与气体接触;根据过滤物质和污染气体中存在的微生物是否匹配,过滤材料应为微生物创造最佳的生长环境。

在生物除臭装置中,一般可采用以下两种方法:一是泥炭,二是堆肥。为保证系统能达到较好的处理效果,可选用滤料同时充填不容易发生反应的惰性物质,但应保证过滤材料的均匀性,过滤材料不是一次充填就可以长时间发挥作用的,应间隔一段时间再更换,如此就不会产生老化而不能有效发挥作用的现象。
