由于人们对环境质量的要求越来越高,各地新建的污水处理厂也越来越多。废水处理厂运行过程中,各处理单元均有异味。许多污水厂采用生物除臭塔工艺处理废水。

 

使用生物除臭塔的各种微生物均有最大生物处理量,生物膜上的微生物可以有效降解臭气分子。通过适当增加进气量,可使生物塔内填料之间的复杂空隙中产生更大的混合强度,也就是随着进气口的臭气浓度增加,填料体积的负荷会逐渐增大,对臭气去除率几乎没有影响。

另外,一些臭气物质也是微生物生理代谢的抑制剂,过高的臭气浓度也会抑制微生物的生长。所以在处理恶臭气体时,要根据具体情况调节进气流量,达到气体充分混合与完全吸附平衡。

 

为确保生物除臭塔长时间运行,必须定期添加营养素。生物除臭塔需要预先建造,主要分为除臭塔、再生池两个部分,要求其有一套较为完善的污泥处理机制,但整个工艺无需填充。


生物除臭塔如何提高应用效率?

 

当工业废气从下向上进入除臭塔,进行液相、气相转化溶解后,借助于悬浮液流进再生池,与微生物发生氧化反应,最后分解物从再生池中流出,可以再次使用。这种工艺工艺简单,降压小,但设备投入量大,需付出较多的成本和费用。

 

该反应过程主要有两种,一种是微生物氧化反应,另一种是工业气体。当有机物从下往上流过反应器时,可以与填料层的水充分接触,从而实现质转移;溶解后的废气与水同时进入生物反应器,而其中原来存在的大量微生物可以除去废气中的污染物。这种处理方法的反应条件容易控制,但其成本高,所需设备多,且在使用过程中需借助一定数量的附加养料。

生物除臭塔入口需进行预处理,利用工业水进行循环清洗,清除混合在废气中的悬浮物,保证进气口湿度达到40%,防止堵塞、腐蚀水龙头。同时,在使用过程中,可以通过窗口观察液位分配系统的喷嘴是否工作,也可以根据循环压力表指示判断液面分布。考虑进水流量、质量浓度、营养浓度、除臭设备湿度、温度、pH值、填料等重要参数,可有效提高系统生物除臭塔的臭气净化率。
