生物除臭设备的应用

目前,国内外恶臭污染治理方法较多。其中,生物除臭设备应用广泛,一些微生物在适当条件下可以分解或同化吸收的气味,产生的有益代谢物自行利用,另一些无用代谢物将排放到环境中。生物除臭设备应用于不同类型的污水处理厂、生活垃圾处理厂和化工企业。主要原因是生物除臭技术优势明显,不会对环境造成二次污染,使用成本低,操作简单,填料性能优异,抗冲击性强。生物除臭技术可用于处理生活垃圾处理设施产生的臭物质。同时,臭气通过风扇的吸气进入生物过滤器内部,首先在生物滤池内水洗,去除粒子状物质,通过气体分布器进入生物过滤器。生物滤池填充了具有生物活性的介质,臭气通过生物滤池时,臭气中的污染物从气相主体扩散到液相,在此过程中,空气中的氧气也从气相变为液相,附着在介质表面的微生物消耗氧气,将臭气分解为水、二氧化碳和其他小分子物质。

植物型除臭剂的应用

除生物除臭技术外,目前以植物提取液为主要成分的植物除臭剂也较多,在此期间,通过喷洒植物提取液,使有臭味的分子迅速分解成无毒、无臭的分子,达到除臭的目的。结果表明,以植物提取液为主要成分的植物除臭剂除臭效果明显。对于试验中的臭源样品,植物除臭剂的用量为100毫升。在试验的初始阶段,大多数植物除臭剂可以在短时间内将臭味源的强度降低到3以下。加入200毫升后,所有样品的臭味强度降低到2以下,挥发性有机化合物的去除效果明显。与植物除臭剂相比,生物除臭剂的除臭效果次之,当喷洒200mL除臭剂时,臭源的臭味强度降至3以下。化学除臭剂效果稍差,用量100mL时除臭效果不明显,用量增加后逐渐产生效果。

离子除臭法的应用

与传统除臭方法相比,近年来离子除臭逐渐流行起来,除臭效果稳定,占地面积小,无二次污染,操作简单,能耗低。离子除臭法主要包括高能离子法、低温等离子体法和光催化法。高能量离子法主要是将富含氧离子的新风与臭气混合,氧化分解含氨和硫分子;低温等离子体法通过在电极之间加入高压交流电,使臭气分子断键,产生无毒的小分子物质,从而达到除臭的目的;光催化法能除臭,主要是因为在除臭过程中产生活性强的自由基和超氧离子,这两种方法氧化性强,能使臭气分子的化学键断裂,从而将其分解小分子。
