污水厂中的臭气是化工原料与各种污染物混合、长时间反应后产生的一种刺鼻气体,因此,除臭是污水处理厂处理污水废气过程中的关键环节,也是饮用水达标处理的第一步。其中,生物除臭技术是目前国内正在研究的针对污水中臭气处理效果相对较好的除臭技术。

 

生物除臭技术在各大污水处理厂应用过程中效果显著。微生物除臭技术的核心是最大限度地高效利用微生物,即通过微生物来吸收臭气成分,把臭气成分作为营养素在体内降解,从而完成除臭处理。

污水处理厂的臭气处理过程中,羿清环保生物除臭工艺采用生物过滤设备,首先要把臭气通过收集气体的供气管道输送至生物洗涤塔。先在塔中进行处理,再经管道送至生物滤池,再由微生物处理污水中的臭气成分。最终由风扇和烟囱排出无害气体,有效地降低了有害气体对工人及周围居民的身体伤害。

 

除臭设备内到处都是活性碳元素填充物,污水厂臭气所带来的湿气会润湿这类吸附填料,而潮湿的填充物也会吸附恶臭气体,使臭气与填料充分接触,最终将污水臭气溶解于湿气水层。

 

生物除臭中的微生物能吸收溶解后的污水中的臭气成分。污水中臭气成分经微生物吸收后,可作为微生物的营养素,完全被微生物降解。

 

生物除臭技术被广泛应用于污水处理中。污水处理厂可以通过生物洗涤技术、生物过滤技术、生物滴滤技术、生物择选培养等等方式进行对于恶臭废气进行生物除臭治理。羿清环保采用生物除臭工艺有效加强了臭气处理,提高了臭气处理效率,改善了气体质量,使污水厂废气达到了检测标准。
