首先,是因为水的吸水性较高,采用生物滤池的技术去除异味时,设备内部的微生物和各种过滤材料均能吸收和分解臭气成分,使得污水中的臭气浓度会很低,其效率比其它工艺要高。

 

其次是降解速度快,生物技术在臭气脱臭过程中,微生物和填充物的密度较高,因而对臭气组分的吸收率更高,其降解速率也将显著提高,基本可与臭气浓度成正比。

 

最后是气体质量高,经生物技术处理后的气体质量有了质的提高,气体中恶臭气体得到很好的净化,之所以如此彻底,是因为生物技术在除臭过程中把微生物作为营养素在人体内降解,煤气除臭无二次污染。

 

生物滤池的除臭技术有三个主要优点:第一个是环境友好性较高,由于生物除臭技术主要是利用微生物来降解臭气成分,因此不会产生二次污染;是高效,生物除臭技术可统一脱臭处理多种污染物废水;第三个是除臭成本较低,其除臭成本较高,其除臭成本较高,其主要成分是微生物而非化学除臭。
