生物滤池应用的特点是微生物分解,以聚丙稀环、聚氨酯材料、火山岩石等无法溶解的可塑性原材料为填料,填料不向微生物菌种给予营养元素。填料是影响微生物废气处理分解实际效果的主要因素,其关键作用是为微生物菌种给予适合的生长发育自然环境。针对不一样种类的臭味,填料的挑选是不一样的。一般,面积大、持水特性和粘附特性好、空隙率大、冲击韧性高、防腐蚀工作能力强的填料有利于提升企业容积填料的土壤含水量、清理溶解物质和掉下来生物膜系统,防止填料层坍塌、床阻塞、气旋短路故障等,微生物过滤装置可以长期性平稳地除去恶臭废气污染物因为填料不可以为微生物菌种给予需要的营养元素,微生物预沉池的自喷液含微生物所需营养物质。

此外,自喷方法为短周期间歇性自喷或持续自喷,使除味反映标准(pH、营养成分、溫度等)非常容易操纵,商品不容易堆积。最终,根据调节淋浴间液的构成和淋浴间速率,能够提升微生物预沉池的除味高效率[。将NaOH化学成分添加喷淋洗涤液体重,使其pH维持在10上下,空床停留的时间为30s以上,微生物预处理对DMDS(二甲基二硫醚和H2S的处理效率非常高。当停留的时间不会改变时,自喷液的自喷速度越大,对三乙胺的处理效率越高。

生物滤池

在江苏某污水处理站的除味工程施工流程中,生物滤池进口H2S浓度值为100~300mg/m3,起伏很大。调节前期选用间歇性喷淋装置,H2处理效率为80%~90%;改为持续喷雾器后,出入口浓度值小于1.5mg/m3,达到设计方案规定。
