城镇生活垃圾在收集、转运、贮存过程中产生大量臭气,严重影响居民生活。三甲、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳、苯乙烯等多种挥发性有机气体,如氨、H2S等,它不仅能使大量传染疾病的细菌繁殖繁殖,还能直接通过嗅觉系统到达呼吸系统、神经系统、循环系统,激素产生强烈的刺激作用。

 

采用生物法净化生活垃圾中的VOCs废气,主要利用微生物自身的代谢活动,将VOCs分解或转换成结构简单的小分子物质(COz、水等);具有能耗低、反应条件简单、无二次污染等优点,传统的填料塔对易溶气体的净化效果较好。

 

对洗涤塔的净化效果有很大的影响。该数值等于单位时间内生活垃圾的VOCs气体流量与洗涤塔中吸收液体的喷淋量之比,气液比是指1立方米吸收液吸收生活垃圾VOCs气体的体积。液气比反映吸附过程中的驱动力和吸收率,操作时,VOCs首先要在吸收液中溶解才能被微生物降解,所以吸收液量越大,对生活垃圾废气的净化吸收效果越好。

 

气体的逗留时间对除臭率影响很大,在较大停留时间下,表明气体与洗涤液的接触时间越长,而且传质效果越好,气体中的VOCs也可以完全地转移到洗涤液中,处理效率也就越高;相反,在较短的停留时间下,VOCs不能与洗涤液充分接触而排出,因此,VOCs的去除效果不好,因此,留得越久越好。

 

微生物在与气相VOCs分子接触时,通过分子力、静电力、离子交换、络合、络合、螯合等作用,将其吸附到微生物表面,这一微生物浓度越大,则生活垃圾VOCs的吸收效率越高。

 

综上所述可知,生物除臭塔在应用过程中气液比的增大,VOCs去除率下降;随停留时间的增加,VOCs去除率显著提高;随着微生物浓度的增加,其去除效果也会显著提高所以我们要在保障达到国家标准的前提下,适当调整气液比,时间与浓度,可有效提升效率。
