伴随着城市规模较大的污水处理的大量建成,污水产生的臭气及其相应的臭气治理问题日益受到重视。导致污水站臭气产生的物质主要有硫化氢、氨等无机物以及低分子脂肪酸还要胺类.醛.酮.醚.卤代烃等有机化合物,它们会对污水站及周边的环境造成危害。

利用光化学氧化技术对废气进行光催化氧化处理,具有较强的氧化能力,并能更彻底地降解有机污染物。近几年来,光催化氧化法已成为国内外研究的热点,光催化氧化法的催化剂主要来源CdS.ZnS.Sn02、Fe304等。光催化剂能吸收光,并在激发半导体上被电子与空穴分离及传送,使催化剂表面的电子及空穴参与催化反应。光催化法处理效果好,无二次污染,且无二次污染。在这些优点的加持下,光催化技术在环境污染治理中得到了广泛的重视,已成为环境污染治理的一项具有广阔前景的技术。光催化法和生物法相结合,对废气进行除臭是当前的研究热点。

 

光催化氧化设备是由华东理工大学与羿清环保联合研制的高效性废气处理设备。其工艺原理为:废气进入预处理段,废气经高效吸附材料去除废气中的尘埃、水雾、油雾等微粒。然后再加入耦合的吸附光催化单元,在贵金属耦合纳米催化剂的作用下,用高能紫外光照射有机、无机大分子和恶臭化合物分子链,分解成C02.H20.N2.S等。
