石油化工企业生产过程中会产生大量的废水。这类废水经常有臭味和挥发性,严重影响环境。所以,石化废水一定要处理好气味。生物除臭是一种新型的石油化工废水处理方法生物除臭设备是一项新兴的生物除臭产品

 污水站除臭设备

石油化工废水中的臭气主要有硫化氢、氨、三甲胺、消炎、硫醚、硫醇等。这类有机物不仅具有极高的挥发性,而且还具有一定的反应活性,会引起二次污染。气味可影响神经系统、循环系统、呼吸系统等,引起情绪波动。

 

一旦被吸入这些气体,人就会出现眩晕、呕吐等症状。长时间吸入,可引起记忆丧失和慢性中毒。这种气体向周围地区扩散,不仅污染大气和水资源,而且对相关设备、管道等造成严重危害。

 

石油化工废水生物除臭技术实际上是对有机物质的降解模拟。选择合适的填料作为菌群培养载体,对恶臭气体进行净化;石化废水生物脱臭过程中,多空填料介质表面与一种污泥形态的微生物群落相连,而臭气则是在填料层进行生物处理。


VOC和污染物吸附在孔隙表面,并被孔内的微生物群吸收。有机物质代谢过程中,微生物能将有机物质转化为细胞质,通过一系列生物化学反应降解成二氧化碳、水和中性无机盐。

 

在生物除臭技术的应用中,要考虑相关的影响因素,才能取得良好的脱臭效果。要先考虑温度的因素。生物降解实质上是一种放热过程,其产生的热能使反应区温度升高,水在反应区内持续蒸发,降低了区域温度,在两者之间形成动态平衡。温度是一个非常敏感的群体,温度直接影响到它的活性,从而影响整个生产过程的效率。通常情况下,要求温度为25~35℃,以保证群落内微生物群去除率,调节酸碱。

 

在使用生物除臭设备过程中,一般情况下,大部分微生物的生存PH指数在7~8之间,但也有特殊情况。pH值为3时,H2S的去除率最高。另外,应对填料进行筛选。一般选用某些比表面积大、生长快、孔隙大、机械强度高、成本低的材料作为填料,需要结合污染物和微生物的特性,合理筛选填料。另外,要保持适当的湿度。
