生物制药废水的有机污染物浓度远远高于城市污水,在预处理和厌氧处理阶段容易释放…含有H2S、NH3、CH3SH、PH3、硫醇、硫醚、脂肪、醛、胺等有毒有害刺激性气体,浓度高,成分复杂。这些气体大部分臭阈值低,严重损害员工和周边居民健康,影响制药企业形象。为了打破前门制药米治病,后门排污米致病的局面,必须结合生物制药废水废气的污染特其废水处理技术,探索有效净化恶臭气体的技术路线。

在一家生物制药企业的工厂,该企业以动物胰脏为原料,通过有机溶剂、酸提取、碱、酸除杂、盐析等t序制备胰岛素。自生产车间排出的废水是含有大量油脂、蛋白质和有机溶剂的多股高浓度有机废水。废水处理站处理规模500m3/d,进水COD浓度约10000ml/L,动植物油脂2500ml/L,乳化油700mg/L,乙醇800mg/L,氮磷含量都在300mg/L。废水处理路线采用隔油除杂—中和沉淀—混凝气浮—水解酸化—AO—接触氧化—混凝沉淀—过滤—消毒。处理后废水用于场区绿化同用,实现了废水零排放。

除臭工艺路线选择

通过对废水处理工艺的梳理和恶臭污染源分析,拟定如图1所示除臭工艺路线。

生物制药废水废气处理仅仅是浓度、扩散速度不同,由于该污水处理站总占地面积不大,综合考虑技术、经济、环保等多方面因素,对预处理工段、生化处理段、泥工段的建构筑物进行封存,收集各工段的恶臭气体进入除臭系统,防止臭气无组织排放,影响周围环境。前处理工段及污泥处理工段恶臭气体浓度高、成分复杂、腐蚀性强、污染严重,对这两个工段废气进行酸洗、碱洗、喷淋,并与生化段的低浓度恶臭气体混合,共同进入上向流两级喷淋塔。生物喷淋塔内设置两层填料,第一层为生物陶粒,第二层为吸附性能更好的活性炭填料。通过活性污泥的浆液反复淋洗生物填料,使微生物在填料上附着、驯化、生长。挂膜完成后,当恶臭气体自下而上通过生物滤床层时,其中的恶臭组分就被填料上富集的微生物所吸收、吸附、降解而去除。
